What we can help with
We read every message about our guides and tools, and corrections go straight to an editor.
What we can’t help with
We can’t review individual financial aid offers, admissions decisions, or loan accounts, and we can’t contact schools or agencies on your behalf. For those, the best contacts are:
- Your school’s financial aid office, for aid offers and verification.
- Federal Student Aid’s help center, for the FAFSA and federal loans.
- Your local American Job Center, for free career counseling.
